Sholay revived in a 3D avataar

The film that created a history in the world of entertainment and is hands-down one of the best 50 movies of the century is slated to take your breath again. Come January 2014, and the baap of entertainer will take to the world of fantasy you would love to be lost in. Director Ketan Mehta is the man behind transforming the epic movie into a 3D format. It took him three long years to review the classic with 3D technology. It is his belief that using the latest technology in entertainment is the best way to revive the iconic movies and present them to this new generation. The original film ran for five continuous years in Minerva talkies in Bombay (now Mumbai). Of course, the new producers do not expect the same from the 3D version, but at least it can encourage them to bring some more iconic movies to be rejoiced in a new format.
